Sat, Dec 2: Advent Art Show & Sale and Bake Sale from 2:00-4:00 pm. All kinds of homemade edibles will be available, as well as art and other merchandise created by Saskatoon Native Circle Ministry artists.
Donations of baking will be gratefully received. Baking may be dropped off at the church after 11:00 am on Dec. 2nd. If you are able to help with the sale, contact Sharon at 306-978-9577 or 306-281-4385. (Proceeds from the art sale will go to SNCM, and proceeds from the bake sale will go to St. Andrew’s General Fund.)
Sun, Dec 3: First Sunday of Advent – Share & Prayer service at 9:30 am (“Meet me in Ghana!”) and Worship with Holy Communion at 11:00 am.
Sun, Dec. 10: Second Sunday of Advent – Worship at 11:00 am, followed by a Chapel Communion Service. Advent Appeal gifts for Saskatoon Native Circle Ministry are due.
Wed, Dec. 13: Service of Memory & Light at 7:00 pm. A service of music, prayer, readings, and Holy Communion, with an opportunity to light a candle in memory of a loved one.
Sun, Dec. 17: Third Sunday of Advent – Christmas Choral Service at 11:00 am. Advent Appeal gifts are due.
Wed, Dec. 20: The Outreach Committee hosts Christmas Carolling at The Lighthouse at 7:00 pm. (Bring some goodies to share with The Lighthouse residents, if you are able.)
Sun, Dec. 24: Fourth Sunday of Advent – Hymn Sing at 10:45 am, Church School Christmas Pageant during worship at 11:00 am, Candlelight Service at 7:00 pm.
Sun, Dec. 31: Morning Worship at 11:00 am. Watch Night Service at 10:00 pm. This will be a gathering with food and fellowship, followed by a service of praise and prayer to begin the New Year.
