The Session of St. Andrew’s is happy to announce the impending ordination of four new elders. Adela MacDonald, Lydia Lukan, Blair Lukan, and Logan deBruijn will be ordained to the Ministry of Ruling Eldership on Sunday, March 22nd, 2009 at the 11:00 a.m. worship service. Everyone is welcome to come and celebrate the call of these four members of our congregation to a ministry of leadership within our church.
There are varieties of gifts, but the same Spirit; There are varieties of services, but the same Lord; There are varieties of activities, but it is the same God who activates all of them in everyone. To each one is given a gift by the spirit, to use it for the common good. Together we are the body of Christ, and individually members of it. (based on 1 Corinthians 12)
