Women’s Breakfast – On Saturday, January 31st, join other Presbyterian women for breakfast at Mulberry’s on Third Ave. at 8:30 am – food, conversation, and a short program.
Gospel Hymn Sing – On Sunday, February 1st, come a little early for worship and lift up your voice in praise with a Gospel Hymn Sing at 10:45 a.m.
Care For Caregivers workshop and soup lunch on Sunday, February 15th following worship sponsored by the Pastoral Care Committee. Whether you are a past, present or future caregiver, or you want to support a caregiver you know, please join us.
Ash Wednesday Worship – On Wednesday, February 18th, we will gather at 7:00 pm to begin the Season of Lent with prayer, singing, reflection, and Holy Communion. The service will include the opportunity to receive the sign of ashes on our hands or foreheads as a reminder of our human frailty.
Moderator’s Visit – St. Andrew’s will be pleased to host the Moderator of the 140th General Assembly, the Rev. Dr. Stephen Farris for a service of worship on Thursday, February 19th at 7:30 pm. Other opportunities to meet the Moderator during his visit to Northern Saskatchewan are listed below.
Holy Communion – We will gather at the Table of the Lord on the First Sunday in the Season of Lent: February 22, 2015 at 11:00 am.
Annual Financial Meeting – Plan to stay for lunch and the Annual Financial Meeting on Sunday, March 1, 2015. Copies of the financial reports will be available one week in advance (February 22nd). Please join us as we review 2014 and make budget plans for 2015. The Youth Group will provide our lunch, so bring a small donation to support their fundraising efforts for Canada Youth 2016.
