You are invited to join other Saskatoon Presbyterians for an Aboriginal Sharing Circle at St. Andrew’s this Wednesday (March 18th). The circle will be led by the Rev. Stewart Folster of Saskatoon Native Circle Ministry, and special guest the Rev. Gordon Williams.
Gordon is an Aboriginal person, and one of the first Native Canadians to be ordained to the Ministry of Word and Sacraments in our church. He currently lives in the Ottawa area, and we are fortunate to be able to host him for part of his visit to the Prairies.
We hope you will come to learn and share together with Rev. Stewart and Rev. Gordon and some Saskatoon Presbyterians. We will begin with a simple supper of bannock and stew at 6:00 p.m., followed by the Sharing Circle at about 6:45 p.m.
